Sustainable development and valuing of heritage are major stakes of the viticulture.
VITIS PLANET is a global area network to ensure the promotion of these concepts within the international wine sector but also near the mainstream public.
The scientific exchanges, publications, but also the experience feedbacks in the wine exploitations, the cellars, the areas, will allow the wine growers, winemakers, professionals of the organizations and the territories, to integrate in an operational way the sustainable and patrimonial approachs of the world wine sector.

The website regularly diffuses the international news on these subjects as well as the information gathered around 18 topics, in particular relating to an ecological vision of the terroirs and cellars, the biodiversity, water management, the adaptation to the climate change, the patrimonial governance of the wine territories, the eco-winetourism, etc.
